What does "enrich and publish" actually mean?
We rewrite each of your products with the attributes, use-cases, FAQs, and structured data AI engines need to understand and recommend it, then we publish those pages on yourshop.agorilabs.com and keep them current. You review before they go live, but you never have to touch anything. Your Shopify, Etsy, or Amazon store is never changed.
Is the free plan really free, and does it stay free?
Yes. Pulse enriches and publishes up to 20 products, makes them discoverable in every AI engine, tracks your visibility in one engine, and runs a trust-gap audit, at no cost, no card, no trial clock. Paid plans show you where you stand across every engine and get your trust-page fixes, but getting discovered and started stays free.
Which AI engines can find me on each plan?
Every plan, including free, makes your products discoverable in every major AI engine, because the enriched pages are public and AI-readable. What changes as you upgrade is how many engines we track and report your visibility in: free shows one engine; paid shows you where you stand across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, AI Overviews and Claude as they roll out.
What are Trust Pages?
Beyond your products, AI judges whether your brand is trustworthy from pages like your About, Contact, Shipping, Returns, and landing page. Beacon audits those and rewrites them, with structured schema and answers AI can quote. Free shows you the trust-gap audit (what's missing and why it hurts you); paid generates the rewritten, copy-paste-ready pages.
Why does Beacon publish on its own subdomain, does that help you or me?
It helps you. Your enriched pages live on yourshop.agorilabs.com, but every page carries a canonical tag pointing back to your original product URL, so any ranking signal consolidates to your store, not ours. The pages are enriched, not copied: structured answers and buyer Q&A that don't exist on your listing, so there's no duplicate-content risk. And every buyer click routes to your own checkout.
Is my store and my data safe?
Yes. Beacon only reads your public catalog, nothing to install, no login to your store, and we never write to or change it. Your data stays yours: cancel anytime and your Beacon pages come down at the end of the period. Read-only in, your store untouched.
Can you guarantee an AI will recommend me?
No, and anyone who promises that is guessing. Real AI visibility also depends on reviews, earned media, and signals outside any tool's control. What we do promise is what we control: your product and trust pages become fully AI-optimized, and your on-page readiness score goes up, measurably and traceably. We track your actual citations honestly, but we never promise placement.
How am I billed, and can I cancel?
Paid plans bill by secure card, the same way for Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon sellers, so there's nothing platform-specific to set up. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime, and because nothing on your store ever changes, there's no risk in trying.
What if I need a little more than my plan?
You can add capacity to any paid plan in small packs as you grow, +10 tracked prompts for $12/mo or +100 products for $9/mo, with a monthly cap you set, so a slightly bigger catalog doesn't force a full tier jump and you never get a surprise bill. Or upgrade anytime. On the free plan it's a hard stop.
Do buyers check out through Beacon?
No. Every buyer click routes to your own store's checkout. Beacon's job is to make your products the answer when someone asks AI what to buy, the sale, and the customer, stay entirely yours.
